Step 1: Book Your Free Discovery Call
Everything begins with a free 20–30 minute Discovery Call via Zoom. This is your chance to share what's really going on, explore your current challenges, and find out how coaching with me could support you in creating the transformation you want.
During our call, we'll:
Get real about what's actually happening in your life and leadership
Identify the biggest obstacle keeping you stuck in the burnout cycle
Determine if we're the right fit to work together
Schedule your first session and send you all the details
🗓️ Please note: I only work with 3 clients at a time. If I'm currently full, I'll add you to my coaching waitlist and get in touch as soon as a space becomes available.
Step 2: Confirm and Prepare
Once your booking is confirmed and payment is received, you'll receive: ✅ Your Coaching Agreement - Clear expectations for our work together
✅ Your Onboarding Ticket - Your guide to support you on your coaching adventure
✅ Calendar invite - Locked and loaded for your first coaching session
We'll work together weekly over a minimum commitment of 3 months to give you the space and consistency needed to create lasting change.

Whether we meet in person or over Zoom (your choice), your coaching journey begins with a practical, hands-on session.
