Those of you who know me well will know that choosing to embrace an adventurous life is closely connected to my mental fitness, and I love helping other people tap into their adventurous streak too.
I embraced the Friday is Adventure Day motto to help me with my mission.

WHAT are they? What do YOU GET?
This event is an in-person coaching adventure and can be created as a half or full day experience.
It consists of mini adventures such as fire building, walking, running, biking, combined with coaching to clear your head and open your heart. You won’t just think about changing your life - you’ll actually do it — with a map, a guide.
You’ll get ready to take action - through small, regular, powerful steps and develop tools, practice skills and routines that you can pack in your mental fitness kitbag to protect your energy, boost your mood, and reconnect you with joy

Meeting at a venue to suit your flavour of adventure, we meet and greet, enjoy a refreshment, and then set off on an escapade.
